What Autopilot can do

In depth: The controls

Security & spend controlsCaps what an agent may spend without asking, logs every action, and keeps connected credentials in an encrypted vault.
Secure integrationsConnects your existing tools and stores their credentials encrypted.
Connected app hubConnect email, calendar or storage once through a login screen; agents use them afterwards without re-entering anything.

Separate team workspacesData and permissions separated between teams or clients inside one account, with roles deciding who may approve what.
  • It does not send invoices or chase payments. Finance shows you the pressure; collecting is yours.
  • It cannot email one individual person on its own. Outreach to many needs one campaign you approved first.
  • On an external shop system (Shopify, WooCommerce and the like) most site changes come back to you as instructions rather than edits.
  • It does not move ad budget without an approval, and ad spend is paid from your own ad account.
